At TobaccoImportUSA.com we are committed to getting your order safely to your doorstep as soon as possible and at the best prices. Calculating shipping rates is simple: We use two of the most reliable carriers: UPS and FedEx.

What about smaller orders or heavy items?
Our shipping rates are among the lowest on the web. You select the method of delivery (Priority, Second Day, Express, Air, Ground…etc.) and fees are calculated accordingly. We leave the method of delivery up to you.

How do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes we do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for details.

Do you ship internationally to Canada and other countries?
Yes we do ship to international destinations. Please contact us for details.

How much are handling fees?
We like to keep things simple. There are no handling or packaging fees.

What's my total delivery time?
The total time it takes for you to receive your order is based on two factors: availability and shipping time. We have all items in stock, so most orders are shipped within one business day. This means you should usually receive your order within 4-7 business days (with UPS Ground delivery). If an item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to inform you. We do not keep items on backorder. Orders placed after 3 PM EST are considered placed on the next day.Again, faster service is available based on your selection of delivery method.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
We're sorry, but we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Terms and Conditions

Prices are subject to change without further notice. We are not responsible for misprints. Telephone orders can be made Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Website orders or E-mail orders are accepted as purchase orders and followed by an account manager`s telephone call. Customer info and age are subject to verification. Fax orders are accepted 24 hours a day.

Shipping Terms

All orders will be shipped out via FedEx Ground or UPS. Most shipments are shipped on the same day or next business day. Orders placed after 3 PM EST are considered placed on the next day. In addition to freight and insurance, orders may be assessed with a handeling fee.

Payment Terms

Orders are accepted in Prepaid, COD Money Order, COD Company Check (upon approval), Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Net Terms (approved accounts only).

Refund Shipments

If a COD order is refused, the customer will be charged a $25 or 10% restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all freight costs. All customers will be responsible for their own tax in their local jurisdictions. Past due accounts with returned checks will revert to COD Money Order or Cash Only Terms.

Damage Claims & Lost Shipment

Customers must notify us either by telephone or fax within 48 hours of receipt or non-receipt of order. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase at the customer’s expense. Please notify your account manager as soon as possible.
